A Bit About Jehn Kubiak

Jehn Kubiak is a Biola University journalism and Talbot School of Theology pastoral care & counseling graduate from San Diego, Calif. She currently is taking a break from pursuing a full-time copyediting career to serve as an aquatics director for a few years. In the meantime, Jehn is lifeguarding and teaching lessons until she finds that aquatics director position.
Jehn's main writing topic is mental health (with an emphasis on ADHD and C-PTSD), but she also enjoys writing about people, food, arts and entertainment, sports, politics, culture, current events, religion, and travel.
Jehn recently published a book about her two-year struggle with gastritis and GERD, mental illness, and other health issues: God's Grace Through Gastritis, GERD and Grit. The book is available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and via other sellers.
This past year (2019), Jehn released a second book: Attacking Atelophobia: pushing past perfectionism, through Covenant Books.
Aside from writing, Jehn enjoys swimming, painting, lifeguarding, barista work, theology, and reading.
